At Diamond Poker Tables, many of our poker tables are custom-built or made to order based on the options selected by each customer.
Because of the personalized nature of these products, custom orders are subject to different return and cancellation conditions than standard, ready-to-purchase products.
We want those conditions to be clear before your table goes into production.
Custom & Made-to-Order Poker Tables
Every poker table is made to order. Estimated production time is 7–14 business days after final order approval and receipt of the required payment.
Custom and made-to-order poker tables are built specifically for each customer and are considered final sale once production begins.
Once production has started, custom tables are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to:
- A change of mind
- Personal preference
- Customer-selected colors, materials, or configuration
- Incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer
- The table not fitting the intended room or access path when the confirmed dimensions were provided before production
We strongly recommend reviewing your table configuration, dimensions, available space, and access requirements carefully before approving your order.
Order Approval
Before production begins, you may be asked to review and approve the final specifications for your poker table.
Depending on the order, this may include:
- Table model
- Dimensions and configuration
- Felt selection
- Rail selection
- Cup holder configuration
- Dealer setup
- Leg style
- Selected options and upgrades
- Delivery information
By approving the final configuration, you confirm that the specifications are correct and authorize Diamond Poker Tables to begin production.
A 100% prepayment is required before production begins. Submitting an online order request does not collect payment; payment instructions are provided after the order is reviewed and approved.
Once production begins, the custom or made-to-order table becomes final sale.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Diamond Poker Tables as soon as possible.
Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins.
If materials have already been ordered, work has started, or other order-specific costs have been incurred, your available options may be limited and certain costs may not be refundable.
We’ll review the status of your order and let you know what options are available.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Final sale does not mean we ignore problems with your order.
If your poker table arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the specifications confirmed with Diamond Poker Tables, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Keep the table, packaging, and shipping materials available and take clear photos of the table, packaging, and any visible damage.
We’ll review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Depending on the issue, the resolution may include repair, replacement of an affected component, replacement of the product, or another appropriate solution.
Shipping Damage
If you notice visible damage at the time of delivery, document the condition of the shipment whenever possible before packaging or shipping materials are discarded.
Photos of the packaging and damaged areas can help us evaluate the issue and, when applicable, work with the delivery provider.
Please contact Diamond Poker Tables before attempting significant repairs or disposing of damaged components or packaging.
Standard & Ready-to-Purchase Products
If Diamond Poker Tables offers standard or ready-to-purchase products that are eligible for return, their applicable return conditions will be provided with the product or order information.
Please contact us before returning any product. Products should not be returned without prior authorization.
Refunds
If a cancellation, return, or other resolution qualifies for a refund, Diamond Poker Tables will confirm the applicable amount and refund details as part of the resolution.
Shipping, delivery, handling, custom materials, work already completed, and other order-specific costs may not be refundable depending on the circumstances.
Rental Reservations
Poker table rentals and professional dealer services are separate from product purchases and may be subject to their own cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms.
Applicable rental terms will be provided as part of the reservation process.
