A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation. Your event is booked only after our team confirms it and any required payment or approval is completed.

Delivery or pickup

Delivery, setup and removal are coordinated when included in your reservation. If you choose customer pickup, our team will confirm collection and return arrangements. Final delivery costs depend on the confirmed venue and access requirements.

A little preparation goes a long way

• Share the exact venue address, event times and a contact for the day.
• Tell us about stairs, elevators, parking, loading restrictions and narrow entrances.
• Prepare a safe, clear area with enough room for tables, chairs and guests.
• Discuss outdoor plans in advance; weather and ground conditions may affect approval.

Before you confirm

Deposits, payment deadlines and cancellation conditions are explained during booking. Changes and rescheduling require team confirmation and may affect pricing or availability. Contact us promptly if your plans change.
